In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead, develop, and ensure the operation of Falun's entire electricity supply – 24/7, all year round.
Together with your team, you will work towards a safe, efficient, and modern power grid operation with high electrical safety, good delivery quality, and a strong customer focus.
Work as Group Manager Operations & Maintenance
You are responsible for the ongoing operation and planned maintenance measures of the power grid and lead a group of five experienced employees. Together, you create the conditions for an engaged, safe, and learning work environment.

The role includes delegated responsibility for the company's electrical safety work and to serve as the responsible person for electrical operations according to EBR/ESA 2026.
We are in a time of energy transition and rapid technological development. In this role, you will be a key player in challenging our working methods and technical solutions through advanced digitalization, automation, and data analysis.
You have full budget responsibility for the group, are part of the department's management team, and report directly to the Head of Power Grid & Urban Grid. On-call duty may occur.

We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility, drive change, and at the same time be close to people and operations. With us, you get great freedom under responsibility and a real opportunity to influence."
